Terms of Service - Continuum Video Publisher

These terms apply to Continuum Video Publisher ("the App"), operated by Body Mind Being

(bodymindbeing.me).

1. What the App is

The App is a private, internal publishing tool. It is used only by its owner to upload and manage videos

on YouTube channels the owner operates. It is not offered, sold, or licensed to anyone else.

2. Use of YouTube

The App uses the YouTube API Services. By using the App you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of

Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Use of the App must also follow the YouTube Community

Guidelines and Google's policies.

3. Content responsibility

The owner is solely responsible for all videos, titles, descriptions, captions and thumbnails published

with the App, including disclosing altered or synthetic (AI-generated) content where required.

4. Privacy

How the App handles information is described in the Privacy Policy:

5. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The owner may change or stop the App at any

time.
