Privacy Policy - Continuum Video Publisher

This policy explains how Continuum Video Publisher ("the App"), operated by Body Mind Being

(bodymindbeing.me), uses information when it connects to YouTube through the YouTube API Services.

Who uses the App

The App is an internal publishing tool. It is used only by its owner to upload and manage videos on

YouTube channels that the owner operates. It is not offered to the public, and it does not collect

information from viewers or other YouTube users.

What the App accesses

When the owner signs in with Google and grants permission, the App uses the YouTube API Services to:

- read the basic details of the owner's own channel (channel ID, name and handle) to confirm that each

video goes to the correct channel;

- upload videos to that channel, and set their title, description, tags, category, audience

("made for kids") setting, altered/synthetic content disclosure, and publishing schedule;

- upload caption (subtitle) files and custom thumbnails for those videos.

The App does not access YouTube analytics, comments, watch history, subscribers' personal information,

or any other user's data.

How information is stored

- Google sign-in tokens are stored only on the owner's own computer and are used only to perform the

actions listed above.

- Video files, captions, thumbnails and their text are created by the owner and stored on the owner's

computer.

- No information obtained through the YouTube API Services is sold, shared with third parties, or used

for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Sign-in tokens are kept until the owner removes them from the App or revokes access. You can revoke the

App's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. When access is revoked, the App

can no longer use the YouTube API Services on that account, and the stored tokens are deleted.
